If using 'leveling roulette/msq roulette' etc, when you select the roulette it will indicate in red, at the bottom right, something about the bonus already being given. The daily bonus resets at a fixed time each day. In the US Central timezone, that is 9 am.

Specifically selected dungeon instances do not provide a bonus. If you end up doing Sastasha as your daily leveling roulette and then directly select Sastasha you will not get a bonus because it isn't a roulette. This can happen a lot during the Moogle Treasure Hunts (coming up in October), where the first MSQ Roulette gives lots of XP and subsequent ones provide a much much lower amount. But the Tomestone reward is the same each time.
