Question about 1,000,000 gil upon reaching LVL 30 (World Transfer) "New or Congested"

Hello.

The language surrounding the eligibility to get 1 million gil upon reaching level 30 is confusing to me.

I am referring to the language in the World Transfer Guide.

I left a Congested world (Faerie), for a preferred world (Mataes), with a level 35 Dragoon. I am guessing this character is not Eligible to get the reward?

But Mataes is a Preferred World. If i create a 2nd character on Mateus, will he get 1,000,000 gil upon reaching level 30.

It seems to imply only NEW worlds grant the 1 million gil, but i don't see any new worlds

The 1 Million Gil reward is for creating a NEW character on a NEW world and reaching level 30.

Transferring from a Congested world to a NEW world does not grant you this benefit.

The idea behind the 1 Million gil reward for NEW characters on a NEW world is to inject gil into the world to get the economy going and preventing whales from transfering from another world and flipping the whole market.

Currently there are no NEW worlds. NEW worlds become available when the server gets upgraded/they create a new data centre.
