Can we have Triple Triad?

I think Triple Triad would be a great edition to this game, and in fact, when i pre-ordered the Collector's Edition way back when and saw the previews with Guild leve cards, I actually thought that was what it was--some sort of collectable card game in game.

Also it would be great and a prize instead of gear when running dungeons to give out like boss cards. We really need something collectible in this game .

If we are going to get anything from previous Final Fantasy titles, I vote for the Snowboarding Arcade Game from FFVII. I'd rather hit the slopes than play with cards!

...or we could, you know, get an original minigame to play. Not everything needs to be copied from older games.

true, we can do an original minigame... but it needs to have collectible pieces from it. I am only mentioning triple triad because it is a tried and true game.

This. I don't want something from another FF game, give us something new and original. If they actually completed the Parley system it would be amazing, but something tells me it's going to continue to be ignored.

If you want to play triple triad, go play the game it's in. Any minigames in XIV should be original.

Not exactly like Triple Triad, but a whole new card game instead. While they're at it make server wide tournaments, and let the cards be tradable/sellable too.

This thread has been done several times before, and its confirmed we will be getting mini games eventually. Yoshi has heard ideas for card games from the devs, but none of them seemed exactly right to him yet.

seriously though, no matter what the game is can we get some highly decorative in game cards that showcase your artists' talent =3 it doesn't even need to all be the same style. some could be doodles, concept sketchs, full CG. it would add some character to the game!! doooo eet
