The fact you may actually believe this is incredible. They aren't banning anything significant. RMT bots are remade within the hour. Player controlled bots that infect the Market Board, Gather bots and PvP have been doing so unabated for years now. I can even point to several on my own server who hasn't been touched even after I saw them botting firsthand.
