I'm not even sure that person even reads or remembers their own posts after they post them.Again, not because of your character's surname. Your post history is readily available for literally everyone to look at. You dont even have to be logged in to see a user's post history.
Also: please do learn to play your role. This is a teamgame and everyone should contribute.
The only thing I've seen consistently displayed by this person in this thread is this farce of being a victim when their behavior in this thread points at them being the direct cause of their own misfortune.
We all understood what you asked for. Not 1.
The problem is that you asked in a way that isn't productive. You decided to showcase yourself as a victim and place absolute blame on other roles and players. You take no personal responsibility or accountability for anything throughout this thread and resort to blocking and misdirection to continue this ridiculous argument.
You're not going to get what you seem to think you "simply asked for". That's not me trying to be rude, it's just realistic. It's not how this game is designed, so there was ultimately no purpose for this thread other than to vent your frustration about other players. You clearly have no interesting in any discussion or conversation about your request.
If you want to vent then go ahead, plenty of players use the forum for it, but instead you're masquerading as the innocent prey of bullying. People have tried to give you feedback and you either ignore it or twist it to serve your victim mentality.
You clearly don't know what "understand" means because you are equating it to agreement.
Just because we disagree with what you want does not mean we don't know what you want. You have been abundantly clear about what you want. And also abundantly clear that you disregard anything that you don't like as the ramblings of halfwits.
Look in the mirror. You are complaining that you cannot play warrior the way you want in group content because you must sign up as a tank with that class. You have told us of your grievances that players don't allow you to do what you want...which means you did try to play warrior as a dps. Which means you knowingly didn't do the tank job you signed up to do. That ruins content for everyone else because group content is designed to have tanks and you're actively not trying to be a tank. If a tank is needed and the tank doesn't tank properly or at all then it's an awful experience for everyone else. You purposefully created that awful experience for other people just to get what you want. But all you can do is QQ about how everyone is bullying you.
Its not as simple a thing as "letting warrior queue dps", they would have to rework the entire class for this to work, then all others unless only warrior would do multi-role, which isn't how this game works. Warrior is a tank, if you do not want to tank, you do not play a tank. I get that it can suck if you love a classes theme but its role/playstyle don't fit you ( I wanted mch in this game so bad in arr, but it ended up not having a playstyle I like), but not everything can be the way you want, and wanting to change it is to take it away from someone else who is already enjoying it.
You expected the warrior to be DPS when you made the character. That's fine. People have done that numerous times in this game.
But once you figured out that you were a tank you had 2 realistic options:
1. Accept that it is a tank and learn to play tank. You get faster queues and in some content there are 2 tanks and you can always tell the other tank that you want to be off tank. Then you can DPS all you want and not worry about tanking except for the grabbing of adds and sometimes other mechanics as appropriate.
2. Pick up a DPS class. You don't even have to make a new character.
Because the chances of Square Enix adding anything like you're asking for in this thread is so incredibly low that it's not something that you can realistically hope to come out during the time that you're playing the game. Especially since they've stated that the only class that really has the dual roles feature is the Summoner/Scholar and Square Enix has already come out and said that they won't be doing any other classes following that set up. What you're asking for is very similar to that and therefore something I would put as an incredibly low chance of happening.
This honestly doesn't need any further replies, it's not going to go in any meaningful direction.. except to hopefully a lower listing in the forums. They're not looking for discussion and are only playing victim when people aren't in compliance with their view points. And when they do actually try to discuss anything it's typically off topic pertaining to racism.
Let it fall.
