You do not have any context here. Generally speaking.
Int = Mag Attk Potency (Max DMG)
Mnd = Mag Def + Max MP
Pie = Mag ACC (Resist Rate)
Anyone who ever tells you "<this> is more important than <this>" is an Idiot. Everything in this game is entirely situational and completely dependent on your play style and what you are fighting.
ok no i did it right maxed all of my int and pie

MND is for MAG ACC now. For a damage dealer, focus on INT and MND. Piety is for sticking heavy with blizzard and stuff like thatYou do not have any context here. Generally speaking.

PIE adds mp and is enfeebling skill, which is only good for proc bind or stun. We don't have direct enfeebles and if we did it would be M.ACC that made them stick. I'm sure enfeebling skill is how hard (maybe?) and how long the enfeebling effect will last for.
Personally I prefer INT and some M.ACC to get to about 460 M.ACC before songs (in general for most content).
Since you are asking what stats to spend your points on, i would suggest 23 INT and 22 MND. I'd rather gain the M.ACC from allocating MND. It is less M.ACC needed by gear so I can focus more on INT or M.ATT.
Also some -emnity might be nice to have ready to swap in if you are staying solid red hate too long. Like the GC body with -20emnity each GC has the same piece.

You can see what stats do on this page. You can also get a general idea of what stuff does by turning on the popup help and mousing over the stats.
INT is self-explanatory, but as was mentioned MND is actually magic accuracy and PIE is MP/Magic Evasion/Enfeebling.
Enfeebling helps with added effects from spells like Blizzara's Bind and Flare's DoT effect so you may find it useful. It's really up to you if you want to go with INT and either MND or PIE, or all 3.
THey changed it whcih screwed us early payers up. IT doesn't make since in the MIND and PIE way, but it is how it is at the moment, then agai nthey may revert. Rumor is Piety is beign removed for another trait and they are being reworked for 2.0. If So then we need to auto get a free restat.
Most of the websites are outdated. THey have the old Mind and Piety forumla's.
WIth gear slots piety can be achived for times o needed sleeps or binds. Was an issue at first on my server beign the lowest population but now it's available.
On the Japanese forum it makes less sense, the INi files do not match the discriptors. Hopefully this gets worked out.

magic def is actually in part of VIT according to this test.
hit the 446 M.ACC then prioritize:
M.ATK > INT
For a Max damage BLM, although if your hitting high MATK you may want to start going INT over MATK in a few slots to boost thundara damage and some other spells
Is this some troll?
Put it like this. Stack INT EVERYWHERE. It out parses MagicATK on anything worth parsing.
The only place I'd wear MATK over INT is feet (25 or more for double stacked)
After you're done with this, get yourself a bard and have him throw minuet on you, and you're game on. Nothing worth while will ever resist you with just Garuda's Van. (Which I assume everyone on the server has).
The rest of these comments are just silly. Don't ever stack PIE anywhere. If you're worried about sleeps, get yourself a coral ring+1, and a double stacked MACC head piece for macro.
Game over.
