Dev's when will you listen?! Queue System Revamp

Get rid of the Queue penalty, it was a blanket punishment system put into place YEARS ago for people who were trolling in dungeons and leaving in the middle of them. The way the current system and always has been is in place you get a 30 minute penalty just for basic everyday life things happening during a queue. We all know people have things that happen while playing a game, but no one should be penalized for it. Just make the queue system go on to the next person queued for the duty just as it does just without a penalty incurred, there is absolutely no reason for a penalty and it teaches no one nothing. The Dev's have not gotten around to specifically changing it so penalties are only incurred by those who leave once already in the duty. Just make it so a missed queue is a missed queue and leave it at that! This is the only game in the MMO world where there is a penalty for having a human life where random things happen and this happens to every single player regardless if they want to try and defend a pointless and lazy penalty system implemented by the Dev's. If they have time to make an entire expansion then they have the time to sit down and tweak a simple penalty system that should have been corrected YEARS ago! What does it take for them to listen? Seems they only listen when you have a few hundred people who want to change something about a class because they think its too OP (over-powered) such as "Stone Skin" was! Now THAT is a ridiculous thing to listen to and actually take the time to change in programming! But they don't want to fix the ONE major thing that has been plaguing this game since day one!

Keep it as is. I like that most times a queue pops, you enter the duty instead of having to keep clicking and waiting as members withdraw one after the other. What’s worse is when people abandon their game and let the timer run for the full duration.

It only penalises you if you withdraw 3 times in a 24 hour period and the penalty is 30 mins. It’s not that big of a deal and there are other things I’m sure you can occupy yourself with for that period of time.

If you’ve got basic life things happening 3 times in the day, every time you join the queue, then buddy that’s on you.
