Possibility of Flex Role Queue?

If there are any devs out there reading forum posts I think this would be something helpful to the game. I think what would help improve queue times for certain instances is the ability to queue for an instance for multiple roles given that the player character is qualified to run the instance. For those such as myself who have multiple roles at max level and wanting to run something like a 24-man raid or something I don't know what the fastest role to get into the instance is.

The queue time has an estimate but its not always 100% accurate but if I am willing and able to go into it as a Tank, Healer, or DPS I would like the option to queue in as what will get me in the fastest. It can work as a series of check boxes like, "I am comfortable doing this fight as a healer or DPS, but I don't feel good tanking so I won't check that". Or a user just simply wants to go into an instance with their main role and queue up only under that role which would hopefully help all uses with faster queue times being able to queue into what is most needed at the time.

If a user selects a role that they are unable to queue into the instance then they would be unable to queue in and would be forced to withdraw their queue rather than make a verifiable system that would check the player's other roles or saved gear set lists for minimum item level required for an instance.

Yeah this'd be awesome. Just let someone layer them- if I want to sign up for a fight or roulette as all of WAR, WHM, and NIN provided they all meet the iLv requirement and then it'll pop me into the queue as whatever would matchmake it first, that'd be aces.

Now that you mention iLevels, I don't think the game has the ability to check what iLevel your classes are at? They can check your level easy enough to see if it matches the content, but they can't know pre-hand what Gearset you're bringing into the Roulette. I guess you'd need confirm all classes individually?
