Bonus XP from Duty Roulette not being applied

When completing the duty roulette for Level 50/60/70 dungeons, Leveling, Main Scenario the bonus XP is showing in the chat log but not applying. Confirmed this is happening to myself and 3 of my friends I'm playing with (on different servers).

This is happening every time.

The first bonus is the daily bonus once per day which displays in the chat log twice, first as experienced gained and then a message confirms that this was the bonus. Because it appears twice it confuses some people and makes them think they are only getting half of it.

You sometimes get another bonus if you were the adventurer in need.
