Ruby Red Hair/Lips please

One thing that drives me to drink when in character customization is the fact that there are NO true ruby red options in the eye/hair/lip sections.

I have a beautiful red mage glamour and I want ruby red hair (like Ariel) and lips to match, but the closest colour is an orangey red tone that is nowhere near red. Also I notice the colors for lips change depending on the skin tone you pick.

I've also had this issue in the past matching blue hair/make up to glamours as the character creator has such limited selection for colours in general, but ESPECIALLY with Blues/reds. This game has been out since 2013, I think it's time to update the character creation.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

More vibrant hair and makeup colors in general would be wonderful.

Do we want it? Duh.
Will it happen before they make the sequel to this MMO? Probably not.

If they haven't updated it yet after years of people complaining there's probably a reason why.

I wonder why they can't add new colors to the character palettes? They always add new hairstyles/dye colors. I wonder why they haven't added anything this far along.
