    2 months huh. Took me several addons to get a house on the right plot

    As people stated, there's instanced housing already. It may not be as great as an actual house but it's a great personal space and a good starting point imho.

    And who knows how these Island Sanctuaries or whatever in Endwalker are gonna work.

    If you're having fun with the game, you'll survive for sure ^^
