Blacksmithing Quest - Cant pickup as Level 57 Samurai

Created a Gladiator to tank. I skipped the class quests
[...]
Now, when I try to get Blacksmith, it says I must get my initial class quest story line to level 10.

I think you just need to do your job quests.
