OP is apparently not aware that real end-game tanking requires tank swaps otherwise they die. In-fact it's optimal to tank swap because that allows more tank CDs to be up instead of making healers pay with just one tank's mitigation.

Then there is also the undergeared tank that never hits CDs and gets one-shot. We've all seen it even in sync'd older raids like Dun Scaith. You know what fight.
