Bots and cheaters.

I found a bunch of bots, sorry my picture quality isn't that good, might make it tough to see their full names, the second lot of people i found glitching under the ground, i don't know if they are bots because they have fairly normal names.

I don't know if those links will work for a staff member or not, it seems they don't work for me from this forum. If there is somewhere specific i can upload screenshots please let me know, potentially you could have maybe 15 names of bots you could ban but because of this hassle you may end up having to find them yourself, i'm not opening a ticket and writing each bot name individually, whats easy for me is to upload screenshots.
If you want our help then it might be worth having somewhere thats simple to use with the function of uploading screenshots.

You linked your drive so the links are dead you need to put them in imgur or something of the sort to work, but you cannot name and shame on the forums anyway without getting a ban, even bots. You need to report via the in-game report service that is located in your main menu and they do not take vids or pics anyway due to the ability to manipulate them.

The underground bot problem has been an issue since day 1. You can report them if you want, but SE does bans in waves so they will stick around til the next wave hits. That is all you can really do, its up to SE to police the game better, but they don't. I honestly will only report actual players botting, ones that you know by their name are actual players.

Best you can do is submit something the STF, "Special Task Force", which consists of... wait for it.. 3 people based in Japan. You can do so here:

Those "glitching" bots basically ban themselves because it's extremely easy for the STF to detect how they teleport around the place.

Unfortunately, pretty much any bot that is not blatantly hacking gets a free pass for whatever reason.
