I've been wondering, why doesn't Midlander Hyur's have a bald hairstyle option when Highlander Hyurs have it?

So can we please get a bald hairstyle option for Midlander Hyur's and other male races where it makes sense?

Also if I recall correctly in a side quest a Midlander Hyur became bald so the tech should be there.
