Can't find FC and friends cause of my timezone.

Hello there. Straight to the point - for more than a year I haven't been able to find a FC and friends cause of my timezone (UTC + 7). And I can't play in JP and NA DC cause my latency (280-290 ms and 230-260 ms). What should I do to find people who'll can play with me?

There will still be other players online at the same time you are even if there are fewer than during peak hours. Build the community you want to exist. You might try starting your own FC as an example.
