Just to clarify something that was quoted earlier in the thread:

and a delay of 2.5 will get you 250 TP per hit....
So Each weapon will get you 1000TP in 10 seconds

So TP generation should NEVER be considered when talking about if one weapon is better than another, UNLESS it has "storeTP" or "Enhances Invigorate" on it...
This statement is only somewhat true. You can't overlook your hit-rate in damage calculations, as it can drastically change your total damage outcome. This line of thought assumes 100% accuracy, which we all know is highly improbable.

For example, a 4.0 delay with 90% accuracy over 100 seconds (assuming the ".5" involved is a miss) affords 8800 TP. A 2.5 delay with 90% accuracy over 100 seconds affords 9000 TP. It's not a huge difference, but it could mean shaving of a hit to perform a weapon skill.

Edit: Note- I'm not saying any X is better than any Y, just something to point out when it comes to min/max stuff. Has anyone looked at possible "best in slot" combos for new gear yet (with set bonuses), or is it all worse than current offerings?
