Hello, several days ago I contacted support, due to an error that a second service has been created for me when exchanging a code for all expansions, and the only thing they do in the service is confirm that my query has arrived and Send me surveys, and I am getting in touch through the forum to see if they can help me solve the fact that a second service has been created for me and how to enjoy my expansions without losing my characters that are in the other initial service of my account.

What should I do since this error is not solved in support, delete my first service and characters and start again in service 2?

It looks like you purchased the first "service" through Steam and the second "service" via a retail version of the game (non-steam). Far as I'm aware you can't mix and match these versions (something to do with Steam licensing/system) and I'm not sure SE can merge them or do anything different either.

Your options (from what I can see) would be:

1. Purchase the additional expansions through Steam for your first account/service which will allow you to continue using the characters on that one.

or:

2. Start new characters on the second account/service.

Basically buy the expansions on steam or re-level and complete the story, right?

that when they sell the complete edition, or the complete edition collection, they should mark that they cannot be used on the steam platform as they put it on those that sell loose expansions.
