    Game keeps crashing when taking "A Difference in Opinions" MSQ

    My girlfriend's game keeps crashing whenever she takes on the above stated MSQ. We've tried everything from reinstalling DX11, updating her drivers, and even turning off DX11. She's also able to take on the quest with a job that's below the required level as well. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could they provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Additionally, does this crash occur anywhere else in game?
