・Unable to log in when registering under a new account
・If the "Expansion Package" was purchased for PlayStation®4 & PlayStation®5 versions during the period when a technical difficulty ocurred, log in was not possible until recovery
・Unable to create a free account on the "Free Trial" website
・In the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app, when a new user starts using the service during the time of the outage, the "Free Plan" and newly subscribed "Premium Option" will be delayed from being reflected in-game
・Service contract procedures and optional services were unavailable via the Mog Station
・Items could not be purchased via the Online Store
・Delays in the delivery of purchased items from the Online Store
・Unable to change account information or use payment features in the Square Enix Account Management System.
