High Ping in FFXIV only [Goblin - NA]

In the last few weeks I have been suffering major ping issues. I have gone from roughly 170ish to a constant 215+

This occurs only in FFXIV and I am connected to my router but an ethernet cable. All my drivers are up to date, I have repaired the client and done virus scans and checked my memory process and found nothing.

Any advice/help would be much appreciated.

Platform? (Steam/Windows/Mac etc.)
Wired or WIFI connection?
Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?
When the disconnect occurs/How often?
Does this only happen to one character or all characters?
