    Errors ffxiv_dx11.exe 131d405, 4687DC, 1975F2, 13E6A59

    Hi my name is Cora and I’m currently having an issue with launching the game. Every-time I try opening the game and logging in, my game would pop up before crashing soon afterwards. I was wondering if there is anything I can do since I’ve tried reinstalling the game, updated my drivers and windows, reinstalled steam, and reinstalled the config. file. Would love to hear back soon.

    We apologize for the delay in response to this issue. The error you are describing may occur when DirectX crashes. We suggest to perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the 'Start up' Tab. Then, Disable everything. Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'.
