Regret transfer from congested world

I'd like to try my hand at Savage raiding, is it really impossible to find groups on Crystal?

This isn't like WoW where you raid with a whole guild. You only need to find 7 others, it's easily doable. It just means there's less interest in raiding overall across the general population.
