Even asides from too many people trying to enter the housing market with the influx of new players, it's too commonly used as a griefing/ plot control tactic. I remember the release
of the new extra wards being flooded with relocaters just to set the plots on timers for shits and giggles. Or to otherwise extend the chances of their friends getting one.
Also if SE wanted to like, actively watch what happens at open plots, that would be cool.
No thanks. New wards don't take 3 months to fill so why do people keep coming up with these months long relocation timers. To add weight to the decision? I'll move to a better plot whenever I like thank you.
