Timer for housing relocations

I own a private house and I want to see this change. Please make it so that you can only relo once every 3 months, give it a cooldown so it's a choice people have to think about.
Even asides from too many people trying to enter the housing market with the influx of new players, it's too commonly used as a griefing/ plot control tactic. I remember the release
of the new extra wards being flooded with relocaters just to set the plots on timers for shits and giggles. Or to otherwise extend the chances of their friends getting one.
Also if SE wanted to like, actively watch what happens at open plots, that would be cool.

First of all, no one will relocate that often, of course, there are sadistic individual would do that but that is not a norm.
The situation you describe will happen either way with or without this timer.
People who got bad location at older ward will always want to take opportunity for a better plot in the new ward, so that makes you are lol 3 months timer pointless.
You will still see many plots on timer at older ward.

You might want to reserve your energy on ask Square/Enix to abandon the lol lottery idea.
Just imagine after ishegard release, there are so many plots on timer and everyone (those without the house) submitted a que to the lol lottery system.
