    Having a high quality of gear with multiple materia and just dpsing the boss in the most easy phase, phase 1 does not take skill. Gear does not equal skill. If gear didn't matter then you so many more people doing it that way. BLMs nuking garuda non stop for 3 min is hardly hard at all. Having people switch to plumes, kill them all, follow garuda around for phase 2, and kill clones in phase 3 takes much more work and is harder.

    Nuking non stop in phase 1 the most easy phase and getting a really easy kill does not take much skill. Gear != Skill
