If so I'd probably fantasia Zenos into the smallest female au'ra possible right before fighting him just because I'd find it funny.

Alisaie. I'd make her a little taller and give her some muscle definition, maybe a scar to show outwardly she's more battle tested. The biggest thing would be a change in hairstyle so that she doesn't look almost exactly the same as Alphi after all of these years.
