Hello fellow EU-Lich Players!

I am reaching out to see if there is assistance on our server for some final skills for Blue Mage completion.
Not sure what the etiquette is for this, as a returning player from 2017, but would appreciate any assistance in helping with some skills that I am missing to complete my spell book.

If there are fellow BLU on the server as well, it would be appreciated to share how you have managed to get the higher dungeon content skills and methods.
