A video game presenting a challenge? Say it isn't so! No seriously, it's meant to be a bit of a hunt and find game encouraging you to explore the area. Tangentially why does everyone want everything to be so easy? From people requesting single button combos to this stuff (which isn't quite as bad, I understand the frustration but I also accept the challenge, and the earned reward) it's not rewarding or fun to play if there is no sense of challenge and accomplishment. If people are just here for the narrative there's two entirely separate industries serving those wants.

The single button combo thing is actually a good idea as it allows for more buttons and more complex combos.

i agree, i am happy your post is pushing same narrative my own was- BECAUSE IT IS ANNOYING SYSTEM, DESIGNED TO SLOW YOU DOWN AND CRIPPLE YOU. NO one likes it. Get rid of it
