    Petition for stupid, ridiculous gear for glams

    I think FFXIV needs more silly things to glam. Stuff like Odin's set is great for laughs and just having fun with all the chaos. I'd love to see some things like Thordan's armor, or the empowered Heavens' Ward sets. Maybe even go so far as to do Ravana armor (that is literally just Ravana on a player) and other silly things like Julyan's pan or Godbert's hammer. Just things that have no business being practical but are so silly it's still fun anyway. Anyone else agree? I'd love to hear other people's thoughts about stuff like this.

    Ridiculous gear for glamour is always a fun option. Currently, there is weapon design contest. Why don't you pitch some ideas for silly weapons to Square Enix via that?

    I was trying to create a "battle witch" as drk with a mix of pieces but the only witch hats I can wear as a tank are kind of dumb looking. I wish we had more cross job pieces. Probably doesn't constitute as ridiculous but it would be nice. Also would like to see a lot more items added to the gold saucer vendor.

    If I had to pick, I would want:

    1) ether sword:aka a lightsaber but instead of being a force crystal is a ether crystal. Yes I want it to be red.

    2) Fishing pole staff: yes, for casters

    3) bag of dung: for a offhand focus

    4) Rake /fry pan

    5) massive pencil (claymore)
