I dunno if we'll see that again honestly. The PS5 will be the new default soon enough. I think we're waiting for low end PCs to be axed next.Oh for sure, that game still has rough optimization due to it being so old now. I wonder if that option could come back though to ease load times for people on potato PCs or consoles, I'm honestly not tech savvy enough to know if that'd help though unless someone is using something over like 15 years old.

at what point i asked that any one will not be a bale to wear what he wants? It doesn't matter man, you're playing an online video game. You can't stop people from wearing what they want. Your best bet is to yes deal with it or stay to single player games... and not FF ones cause this is normal for FF. It was always modern mixed with science fiction mixed with steam punk mixed with a little bit of western fantasy. This has ALWAYS been the case in this series. In other words.... you picked the wrong series to ask for this. Everything we have is canon and fits. Not supported by your own personal RP.. that's on you, not the game.

me not seeing what you wear or some male ass don't take it from you, do it now? or make this the normal fusion on the npc's

Where would you even draw the line in terms of 'immersion breaking'? Seems very arbitrary to me. And only seeing unglamed pieces would lead to mismatch outfits that look horrible. You can't have one without the other.

At this point, I notice it more when people aren't half nude. Especially roes. Been seeing a lot of roe skin lately.
Oh boy this will be fun inb4 people mention the mere possibility of having their character altered without permission even if only way to know is if a person tells them or catch a stream or screen shot.
It will never happen but yeah I do find that argument funny. I do accept it is a waste of time and resources though.
This keeps getting brought up, and I feel people are completely oblivious to the fact that immersion would be just as awful with the ability to disable everyone's glams.
Some of the default armour is hideous, and some of the best gear sets do not fit their respective jobs.
For example, the previous tier of Eden gear, for all casters and healers, was a frickin' night gown.
Without glamours, you'd have thousands of Hrothgars, male Roegadyn, Highlanders, etc. all strutting around in frilly night gowns and tights. Which is fine... but it's certainly no less immersion breaking.
