Conjurer unable to accept Shadowbringers role quest

Area and coordinates: The Crystarium (X:10.7, Y:15.4)
Steps:
1. Talk to Giott after completing "Warrior of Darkness" MSQ without having unlocked your job
2. Unable to accept role quest

When trying to accept the healer role quest as a Conjurer, you get the error message "Required Class/Job: Healer (Excluding limited jobs).
Conjurer is a Healer Class and should therefore be able to accept the quest, yet you can not. As a Conjurer, I am currently barred from completing the Shadowbringers Main Scenario Quest that requires you to complete a line of role quests due to this bug.

So, why haven't you picked up the White Mage job by now? Staying with the base classes much beyond level 30 is generally considered a Bad Idea.

If it is a bug it is in the error message. Should probably say "Required Job: Healer (excluding limited jobs)" instead.

I feel like this is less a bug and more of a gate telling you that you need your job stone. Because that's basically what the role quests are replacing--we have them instead of more job quests.

Kudos for progressing that far with over half your healer kit unavailable but.. its time to get a job. XD

To those questioning the class over job thing, some groups of ppl play together as just classes, just for the heck of it. (which is fine) and sometimes they do this "challenge" solo, which is a bit less fine when they force normal duty finder randos into their challenge.

Its also possible to solo w/o joining other ppl, all the way to Lv80. (Ive done a solo only run as an alt. Even soloed Thoradan at Lv60 (synced down, no echo, but i did have shire gear on. you can just out level content, and solo it.)

W/E their method, its unrelated to the issue at hand.

It’s working as intended. Pick up white mage or wear your white mage soul stone, as the role quests require you to do so.

Either the quest, or the text is bugged. Currently we're lead to believe that classes should be allowed to do the quests and I refuse to taint my account until I atleast have definite proof where the oversight lies

Yeah, I stopped finding BLU fun. The carnival is a blast but outside of that as a one time thing I just wasn't enjoying my time
