    Error 10105 when trying to log in with an specific character (PS4)

    Hello,
    this is an issue with my main character, Lua Kahra (Balmung). Every time I try to log in with her, I receive the error 10105 during the loading screen and I am unable to connect.
    I am able to:
    - Connect to her using a VPN in a different platform, however, there is no way to do so on PS4, my preferred method of playing XIV.
    - Connect to different characters in the same account normally.

    I'm unable to connect to her at all without a VPN.
    This happened around August 22nd, after I did Cloud Deck Extreme. After I logged off that day, I was unable to log back in.
    I have tried:
    - Reinstalling the game (twice)
    - Trying a different platform, which only works with VPN
    - Cleaning DNS cache on PS4
    - Resetting PS4 settings to default
    - Port Forwarding with the ports Square Enix has provided
    - Restarting both internet Router and Modems
    - I have contacted Square Enix Support which was unable to help me, and said to create a thread here. They said it could be possibly a bug where the server doesn't recognize my character is logged off, which is untrue because I can log in normally with a VPN.

    Wired or WIFI connection?
    When the disconnect occurs/How often?
    Have you tried bypassing the router and directly connecting to the modem for testing?
    Internet Service Provider:
    Location/Region you are in: (State, etc)

    Wired or WIFI connection?
    Normally wired, but I also have tried WIFI and did not work.

    When the disconnect occurs/How often?
    Every single time I try to log with the specified character (My main), I see the loading screen and immediately gives me the 10105 error. I also get this error when trying to log in using my laptop, but not if I use a private connection

    Have you tried bypassing the router and directly connecting to the modem for testing?
    The modem at my house is in a different room sadly.

    Internet Service Provider: it's called Infonet

    Location/Region you are in: I currently reside in Brazil :c

    Good morning Ailis! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Just to clarify a bit more on the situation, have you attempted to delete the character saved data on the PlayStation 4 to see if this may resolve the issue? (Settings > Storage > Saved Data)

    Additionally, have you attempted to clear your Browsing History and Cookies, from 'Internet Browser' on the device?

    Yeah I have done that on both my laptop and my PS4, it didn't work. The only thing that worked so far was using a private connection which I'm unable to do with my ps4. I don't know what's causing this but it's relate to my internet
