Hello,
this is an issue with my main character, Lua Kahra (Balmung). Every time I try to log in with her, I receive the error 10105 during the loading screen and I am unable to connect.
I am able to:
- Connect to her using a VPN in a different platform, however, there is no way to do so on PS4, my preferred method of playing XIV.
- Connect to different characters in the same account normally.

I'm unable to connect to her at all without a VPN.
This happened around August 22nd, after I did Cloud Deck Extreme. After I logged off that day, I was unable to log back in.
I have tried:
- Reinstalling the game (twice)
- Trying a different platform, which only works with VPN
- Cleaning DNS cache on PS4
- Resetting PS4 settings to default
- Port Forwarding with the ports Square Enix has provided
- Restarting both internet Router and Modems
- I have contacted Square Enix Support which was unable to help me, and said to create a thread here. They said it could be possibly a bug where the server doesn't recognize my character is logged off, which is untrue because I can log in normally with a VPN.
