My dumb self thought it was real and it happened at Zelera at 6:30 CST his in game name starts with S and last name starts with S as well. Please tell me what I can do to get my 30M gil saved up back.

In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you.
