I see many "system optimize placebo tools", like Restoro, IOBit, WiseCare, Advanced System Care. Normally you dont need these tools and they can alter settings, you dont want do.
Try do remove all these things. though the game might conitnue crashes,as it seems to be a wider problem on the forums.
