The Wanderer tag denotes people who are visiting from another world (server).

It will only be solved when players decide they are no longer going to cheat so the bot operators no longer have customers buying their services.

You probably shouldn't post pictures of people names. SE considers everyone innocent until proven guilty.
Posting 'innocent' names publicly has long considered been a no-no.

This "slash and burn" style of botting that aims to farm as much gil as possible between ban waves is never going to stop being a problem unless SE starts banning them more frequently so they don't actually have time to farm gil and sell it before they get banned.

They're still much less problematic then the DoH/L bots and map farmers that actively diminish the ability for actual players to make money from the market board, though.
