The dye question seems fairly well answered. As for FCs, remember that those are specific to your home server. The page tells me youre on Louisoix, so only an FC from their could invite you. As such, asking in game(or at least on a server specific board) would get you better results. The way that an FC can help you level faster is by directly helping, or by running a passive exp buff(the most common one gives you an extra 5-15% exp per kill, but doesnt affect other types of exp like from quests).
