When i type "square enix crysta" in Google then the first link i get is:

https://square-enix-games.com/de_DE/.../crysta/charge or the english version:
https://square-enix-games.com/en_EN/.../crysta/charge

I for myself did not know that Crysta can expire. But i never obtained Crysta so i never cared about such things.
