Installing the game on a separate hard drive will still make the SE settings go on your C drive. So if you moved things most likely you won’t know what was lost etc. you can also for a Hail Mary try to reinstall your gpu drivers

Sorry it cut me off. Put network drivers and ffxiv settings on a usb. You’ll need to put your windows install media on the usb as well and when in bios make the usb stick the first bootable drive
