Game Crash on Single Character Load In

Here's where we're at:

As you asked above, I completely uninstalled the game and deleted the FFXIV folder. I reinstalled on my C Drive. I still was not able to log into that character. On a whim, I right-clicked my character's name and selected Visit Another World. I was able to log in, because it loaded me into Limsa Lominsa. All was good for awhile, until I tried to continue my story quest.

The moment I re-visted Kolusia, the game crashed without an error code.

I even tried re-installing the game AGAIN, and I'm still having this issue. I'm not having any overheating issues and screen resolution doesn't make any difference. I just purchased a few things from the Mog station, and I'm starting to feel like I wasted my money since the game isn't playable.

Can you please give me some advice around fixing this, or getting a refund for recently-purchased items?

I'm having the same issues and have done the same steps and for some reason kolusia crashes me every time and I have no answers and haven't been able to find any way around any luck?
