It's not the same because it doesn't achieve the goal, a single button press for targeting. I don't really care how long it takes, two buttons is two buttons and I wanted an option to only use one.It's nearly the same. Both buttons can be pressed at the same time, as the buttons are located in positions that utilize different parts of the hand. Once the trigger is held down you can immediately press confirm to use the target NPC macro. It is mere fractions of a second slower, the time difference is negligible at best.
