So i bought every DLC and the Game through STEAM but..

So i bought every DLC and the Game through STEAM but its showing the last one as installed so i cant level over 70. I check my steam library and it says i have every DLC purchased with a check in the installed box. I went through customer support for STEAM and it pointed to the games customer support. So im unsure as to how to force this download or really what to do next.

Id recommend you log onto your Mog station and see what the site says about what Expacs you currently own, if Shadowbringers is missing, it should have given you a code if im not mistaken that you can enter in on the Mog Station
