Im curious if the other languages also refer to it as "Gateway of the Gods" or if that's localization flare!

yeah i am still waiting for the legions of voidsent to start failing from he sky so they can killed by me. To comon folk it could be a calamity but to others if there isn't an active ascian plot going on in other worlds, then it isn't a rejoining. I fully expect to see the same voidsent that contributed in aumorat's fall. I think the first beast showed up in the bench mark still waiting for therion.

I wonder whats up with the monster we saw in the benchmark. Its far more "elongated" if I had to pick a word. The first beast we saw in Amaurot looked like a caterpillar and this one looks like a centipede lol. If the moon really is a chunk of the old world sent adrift the REAL first beast is probably still up there since we fought a simulacrum.

(Also I'm pretty sure that since the nightmares that destroyed Amaurot have the prefix "Terminus" it makes them different then Voidsent. Since Voidsent is a term used for the victims of the Flood of Darkness on the 13th.)

I am a bit curious as to just how the hordes of terminus beasts are going to come into being given that unlike the original Final Days, there aren't any powerful creation magicks running rampant to fuel their existence.

Perhaps the towers are simply able to summon them in lieu of lunar primals as a lesser, but still problematic threat...though it seems like they're liable to remain an issue even after we've gone to Garlemald and dealt with the primal there due to the pre-release material suggesting things in Thavnair go to heck after our initial visit to the region.

In Pagl'than we see Fandaniel employ Allagan Technology along with TeloTech at the second boss. Harken back to the Biomatter plant in Azys Lla, and the Bioweapon storage in Second Coil. How many other Allagan Bioweapon facilities might Fandaniel employ and alter, modeling and improving the technology with his store of Ancient memories?

The way the terminus beasts dissolve into an unpleasant ooze when they're slain in the benchmark trailer as opposed to simply dissipating into aether like the Lunar primals does seem to suggest that they may be of dissimilar origin.

If the "gateway of the gods" is some kind of teleportation device meant primarily for providing easy access to the moon, it could just as easily be used to transport hordes of biological monstrosities created by the Allagan tech the Garleans are known to have hijacked (Which might be what we were seeing at Thavnair in the Shadowbringers trailer).

It may also be that the Ancients kept concept crystals for the monstrosities in the Mare Lamentorum, and Fandaniel is going to get the designs to replicate them from there.
