Surecast/Swiftcast no changes there here to stay so no worries there

however rescue has way to many issues to be used. laggy its janky has much of problems yah this need be removed or changed

Repose has never been on my healer hot bar. its useless skill so please good bye.

Blink - Tooltip
Instant Cast
Off-Global Cool-down

Target gains 15-20% evasion to all physical attacks made when target effected with blink evades and attack they are healed 500-2500 flat amount it changes depending what level currently in the game. also you gain 500+ MP for every evaded physical attack and healed from blink

dont get confused physical abilties do not count this only works functions against auto-attacks made by monsters
49-50 its 500
50-60 its 1000
60-70 its 2000
80-90 its 2500

Scourge
Instant cast
has a global cooldown
1500-2000 mp cost
550 Potency - AoE DoT - reduces all damage dealt by 15% first target but rest have damage reduced by 5%

Arise -
this spell cost 100% of your healers MP so using it battle is completely out the the question
this is pre-buff normally put on yourself or tanks. cause bad things happen
Duration 60mins - so its not coming off anytime soon
while its active it also gives you 15% more piety
When targets in your party dies in combat. they can raise instantly no slow animation just instantly bam. you keep all good effects on you as if your death never happened in first place
how do you tell if healer has arise on or not the halo over your head
this ability cant be used unless your not in combat
