Housing Demolition Sadness

To the OP and anyone else who might potentially be facing this situation, if you are the kind who doesn't read notifications: Get you a linked housemate who does.

I've had to tell my in game waifu twice now to go inside her house, because even though she plays almost every day, she hangs out in the yard of some of our friends instead of going inside of her own house.

I notice the upcoming demolition because I'm checking on our FC's submarine status every day. And then I yell at her on Discord to go inside the @#$%ing house and put up some of the event crap I' know she's been tossing on a retainer for the last six months.

Put a repair NPC inside your house and make it a hobbit to use it regularly after a dungeon.
It is not a rocket science.

If you can not even do a simple task like this, you have an issue that you need to resolve it right away, in game or in reality
