90006 and 2002

I've been having connection issues recently mere minutes after login. Can't talk to two NPCs without getting kicked out.
There's already a considerable amount of people reporting the same issue and it appears we are all southamericans. In my case, i was playing the game in Crystal - Goblin.
Already tried DNS and firewall related solutions and there's been no change.
