Suggestion : clicking spells noise

That's very kind of you. But if you read my post entirely (no offense tho), you see that i already did that. I am not talking about this sound, but the annoying clicking sound produced when you press a button.

Tis okay! I know, this just seemed like good place to put how to disable the other obnoxious sounds. I did not even know this could be done.. mechanist made it necessary to figure out with heatblast. No offense assumed. Hmm, if I do discover how to disable other sound I will edit original post. In other games with sounds like this I usually remove the offending sound, if Square does not remove perhaps we can? The FF14 .dat files are fricken massive though..

Why spam when you can que instead though? A single key press when the GCD is at about 76% complete will engage that ability when the GCD completes.

When im doing hard content like savage when im focus on mechanics, i dont have time to look at my hotbar every gcd to see how much time as passed. And if i fail the timing with the method you propose, i clip. A lot of good players just spam their buttons because that is the most efficient way to play for many persons.

I’m in much need of this.

Since I spam my abilities too. The sound is not very noticeable until you lower the background music to focus more on ability sounds.

I don’t want to lower the system sound since it’s very important for UI interaction and queue pop.
