Someone already showed videos of cases where it is thrown out that art is not consider real, and the art has no rights.

Regardless, the key word is "minor." As in, the subject of said drawing/recreation has to be "legally" a minor. To fit that legal designation the subject has to be a real person. I guess if it turns out Ryne has a birth certificate and a legal age, the people using those mods might be in trouble. You could literally say Ryne is a 19 year old with a small cup size because she's *ahem* NOT REAL.
