See for me hyper realistic is at a glance I am like damn is that real? For me that is what I view as hyper realistic, it makes me question if it is real or not. For me hyper realistic blurs the line so well that it takes a second look to confirm it is not real. So yeah I would not put last of us 2 or any AAA game as hyper realistic. To me that is more so in the vein of well that is some real good CGI, but I still know what I am looking at is fake.

I am also, because it is not real. Is it sick? Should I cry about the rights of the drawing? Do you feel the same way about horror movies and stories? Murder is just as bad right? But it is not real so it is ok. So why is it that other messed up things draw a line if it is not real?

I get it, it is normal to have some emotional response when it comes to children, I have been told this is human nature. As such I do understand how my view may make one feel uncomfortable but I do feel one thing each and everyone us can agree upon is the standard of innocent until proven guilty.
